Session 1 - Intro To Investing
This first class will be an overview of Real Estate investing and how to get started. Dennis will be teaching about analyzing properties, the market, short term and long term investing options, mistakes to avoid when starting, financing options, and so much more.
Session 2 - What To Know Before You Buy
We will be covering a quick market update, 2 major exit strategies, how to analyze a property as a rental and a flip, financing options, the initial walk through, how to hold properties without tying up cash, how to flip houses, and so much more.
Session 3 - Financing Your Investments
This advanced class will be a comprehensive look at hard money and long term financing. We will be covering a quick market update, how short term and long term financing works, how to qualify for investment financing, how to buy investments without putting 25% down, and more.
Session 4 - Rehabbing 101
Half of your money in investing is made by getting your rehab done efficiently and effectively, and within a certain budget! In this class we will go through where to start once you close, design elements, managing contractors, budgeting and tracking expenses, and how to work with your lender to fund and manage the rehab. It will be a deep dive on the process and we are excited to pull back the curtain and show how to successfully get your house ready for the market for lease or for sale.
Session 5 - Investing Mastermind and Expert Panel
Join us for an exciting opportunity to hear from other successful investors as they share about their wins and failures from their personal investing journeys. Dennis will be interviewing seasoned investors live and in person and also opening up the discussion so you can ask questions and mastermind on your most pressing questions.
Session 6 - Run Your Investments Like A Business
This class will be a high level conversation on how to run your investment business like a business. We will be covering a quick market update, how to run your investing business and accounting like a professional and also maximize your write offs for tax preparation. Our guest David is the President and Founder of Streamlined Business Solutions and who we have used ever since we took our investing business to the next level. He is an expert in this field and will bring a ton of value in this class!
